Emotional support: People around us that express their support through encouragement, caring, empathy and concern.
Informational support: Personal Trainers can help with knowledge of what types of exercises to do, how to execute correct form and to help you assess your progress.
Companionship support: The most familiar type of support. Companionship support includes the availability of family, friends and coworkers that you workout with. The workout buddy!
