Do I need a gym membership to follow the program?No, a gym membership is not required. We create workout plans that suit your environment, whether it’s at home, outdoors, or in a gym. Our programs are flexible and designed to fit your lifestyle.

What if I decide this program is not right for me?You can cancel your monthly subscription any time. Fitness Realist Bootcamp is set up with new content each month. Make sure you are ready to cancel your entire subscription. You will need to cancel the day before your billing cycle. Your billing cycle begins on the day you originated your payment. I.E. if you set up your subscription on the 15th of the month, and you do not want content for the next month you need to cancel by the 14th. Be aware that once you cancel all content will no longer be visible.

How do I book my 1:1 session?You can click on book now from the app or the website and begin searching for a time that matches with your coach and your schedule. Each month your account will be loaded with one session. When you choose to book your 1:1 it will ask you if you'd like to use this session for booking. The answer, of course, yes. Do not pay for any additional sessions unless you want more than the one that comes with the program.

What do I do if I cannot complete an exercise or it hurts?Your Fitness Realist team encourages you to try each exercise. Pain always means stop. If an exercise causes discomfort, do not do it. Address that with your coach during your 1:1. Remember, these exercises are meant to challenge you and take you out of your comfort zone. You may not be able to complete all the rounds on one particular step. We encourage you to listen to your body. If you complete one round, that counts! And when you see those exercises come up again, as long as you are following the program and giving it your best effort, you should be able to do more the next go round.

What type of content will I find in this program?You will find 5 days per week of modifiable exercises. Information on nutrition guidance. Key information on rest and much more on holistic Wellness.

How do I know what to do?Each day you will be given steps. Some days you will have reading or a video and some days have explanations for each movement. Your Fitness Realist team believes it's important for you to understand the muscles that you are moving and why. Our research shows that Plug and Play programs do not promote long-term Wellness. Owning each piece of your Wellness as your own for your own individual body is the key to success.

Are there videos/images for every exercise?No. This is not a Plug and Play program. You will be encouraged to do research making you accountable to your own Wellness. This will also help you add exercises that work well for you to your regular regime.
